Your holiday villas provide
The 5 modern family villas have been completed in springtime, 2009. They are on the south flank of a hillside, so to say just opposite to the Ida mountains which catch everybody's eyes.
Each villa has it's own detached property with gardens and a private swimming pool with a sun terrace. This way the 5 houses are not absolutely secluded, but each of them yet has it's own privacy.

The holiday villas are in the eastern half of the 20,000 sqm grounds.
In the western half there is the taverna with the lobby, the dining room, and three terraces which are mostly roofed.
The bar can be used from inside and from outside as well.
It also has a narrow terrace with tables and chairs which is shaded by the taverna's canopy.

The lobby on the east side includes a sitting area, an open fireplace, a panoramic window, and a billiards table. In front of it there is a small cozy terrace with tables, armchairs, a pergola and a sun roof.
The larger terrace is by the building's western edge. It is mostly roofed, and furnished with tables and chairs.
Behind it by the porperty's western border there is a small playground with lawns and swings.

Well-kept gardens part the facility's two wings from each other, and above on the slope there is the taverna's own vegetable garden.

Villa 1, Villa 2 and Villa 3 each have only one floor, and on the south front outside the living room there is a terrace with garden furniture. Outside the bedroom on the south front there is another smaller terrace with a pergola and sun roof.
Villa 4 and Villa 5 each have two floors. On the east side above the bedroom there is a veranda with garden furniture.
On the south side in front of the living room and the bedroom on the ground floor, they each have a terrace with garden furniture, a pergola and a sun roof.

Sunbeds and large umbrellas are available by the swimming pools.
Each swimming pool has a shallow sitting-corner which can also be used as a paddling-pool.
Depending on the weather conditions, the swimming pools can be used approx. from April until mid November.
Mobile charcoal barbecues will be provided on request.
